Quiche Recipe...its easy!
Ingredients:
- Pie Crust (pillsbury)
- 1&1/2C heavy cream
- 6 eggs
- baby spinach
- 1C pepper jack cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
place pie crust in pie or quiche pan. Spread baby spinach and cheese in pie crust. Blend eggs and cream and pour over other ingredients.
